What you’ll do

  • Help customers choose clothes that suit their style and budget, assist with fittings and handle purchases.
  • Get to know the stock so you can answer questions about brands, fabrics, fit and condition.
  • Work towards your own sales targets and the team’s. Give customers clear, honest advice about what they’re buying.
  • Rehang and fold clothes, tidy the fitting rooms and keep the shop floor and displays organised.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’re comfortable talking with customers and listening to what they need.
  • You’re reliable with your agreed shifts and keep us informed if your availability changes.
  • You’re open to learning and feedback.
  • Retail experience is useful, but you don’t need it to apply.

Hours and pay

  • Base pay is VND 30,000 per hour, plus commission on items sold and additional pay based on team results. We’ll explain how these are calculated at the interview.
  • Expect around three shifts a week, usually at least four hours each. We’ll agree on your schedule together, including which weekdays and weekends you can work.
  • We’d like someone to start soon, with the date agreed together. More hours or a full-time role may become available, depending on your performance and what the shop needs.

Working at SPOT

You’ll get a staff discount and training in products, sales and day-to-day shop tasks. As SPOT grows, there may be opportunities to take on more responsibility.

We aim to be clear about the work and treat people fairly. Team meetings are a chance to ask questions, talk through any difficulties and suggest changes. Clear communication and helping each other make day-to-day work easier for everyone.

We often organise team dinners as a chance to chat with colleagues you might not get much time with during normal shifts. They’re an opportunity to get to know the people you work with and build better working relationships. There’s no expectation to attend.
