What you’ll do
- Receive prepared clothing from the warehouse team and check each piece’s details and condition.
- Record visible wear, marks or damage, taking clear reference photos and flagging anything that needs further assessment.
- Attach product tags using our agreed methods, check that they stay secure and replace missing or damaged tags with the correct information.
- Prepare and take flat-lay photographs using our equipment, setup and examples.
- Keep photographs linked to the correct products and pass them to the studio team for processing.
- Upload finished images and product information, checking that listings and tags match the team’s approved details and prices.
- Prepare pieces for display or storage, keeping them organised and making sure the team knows which items are ready for sale.
Who we’re looking for
- You’re interested in clothing and notice details in fabrics, construction and condition.
- You enjoy practical, organised work and keeping information accurate.
- You’re comfortable using a phone and computer to take photos, enter information and organise files.
- You communicate clearly with teammates and raise questions when something doesn’t look right.
- You’re reliable with agreed shifts and open to learning and feedback.
- Experience in retail, product photography or preparing online listings is useful, but isn’t required.
Hours and pay
- Starting pay is VND 30,000 per hour.
- During your first three months, we’ll have regular reviews so you know how you’re performing. These are a chance to raise any issues, discuss how you’re settling in and agree on the support you need. You can also ask questions and suggest changes to the workload or working arrangement.
- After your initial three months, we’ll review your progress, responsibilities and pay with you. Pay may stay the same or increase following that review. We’ll explain the outcome and discuss what could support an increase in future.
- We’ll agree on your regular days, shift lengths and expected hours together.
- Training and time spent preparing products, photographing, documenting and uploading are paid working time.
- Equipment, a photography setup and guidance on our processes will be provided.
Working at SPOT
This role connects the preparation of our stock with how customers see it in the shop and online. Clear photographs, accurate descriptions and secure tags help customers understand what they’re buying and make the team’s work easier.
You’ll work closely with the warehouse and studio teams. We’ll show you our processes and help with anything that needs further assessment. Pricing decisions will remain with the responsible team members.
We often organise team dinners as a chance to chat with colleagues you might not get much time with during normal shifts. They’re an opportunity to get to know the people you work with and build better working relationships. There’s no expectation to attend.
